Brilliant with ultra fine bubbles. A wonderful fine bouquet dominated by green apple and grapefruit flavors. The Gruet brothers, from Champagne originally, found that this “terrior” in New Mexico was very much like that of their home-land. Now they are making excellent sparkling wines for a tremendous value!
