Made from Botrytis grapes to make this ultra-sought after dessert wine. The owner was formally working at the famous Château d´Yquem to bring this wine up to a famous level for third of the price of the prior. Sweet, honey-suckle and delicious with anything from bleu cheese to crème brulee.
