When Enotria opened, our wine pricing policy immediately made news, as we became one of the only restaurants in Sacramento to sell wine at retail prices. Today, value continues to be a cornerstone of the Enotria wine program. Through classes in the Santa Barbara area, multiple wine seminars, awards/accolades and serious hands-on experience and relationships with winemakers, Chad has tasted wines through different cultures, regions and vintages.
